Class Visits

Our professors are happy to accommodate prospective students and families. However, when attending a course approved for visitation, we do ask that you follow a few guidelines:

  • Arrive at least five minutes before the posted start time.
  • Introduce yourself to the professor upon arrival. To avoid sitting in on a class during an exam, be sure to inquire about the session’s content with the professor upon your arrival.
  • Be sure to choose courses that fit your schedule so you can attend the entire session. To prevent disruption, please stay for the duration of the class.
  • Save all questions for the end of class.
  • Occasionally professors move/cancel classes at their discretion.

Please note that classes will not be held during holidays. If you’re interested in visiting a class during your campus visit, here are some important dates to keep in mind:

  • There will be no class over spring break: March 18 - March 22.
  • May 3 is the last day of classes for the spring semester.

We will continue to add to our class visitation list throughout the school year. If you do not see your department of interest listed, please check back later.
